The customer can know the order status through 2 ways:

1. WhatsApp:

Every order update is notified to the customer automatically via WhatsApp.

2. Order Detail Page:

A dedicated order details page is created for each order where the customer can check the current status of the order along with their order summary, pharmacy details and payment link.
