To cancel the order, click on the X button in red in the left bottom side of your screen after clicking on a order and seeing the order detail screen.


Please enter the reason of cancellation before cancelling the order. We urge you to contact the customer first and clarify before cancelling the order from the app.



Please note: The customer cannot cancel the order. They would have to reach out to you via WhatsApp or phone number and you can cancel the order by noting the reason Customer cancelled the order
