How do I add medicines if the customer has only uploaded a prescription? Print

If the customer has only uploaded a prescription, the order details would be blank along with an option to add medicines.

1. Go to Orders tab

2. Click on the order you wish to fulfill

3. If you click on Items, you will see an option to 'Add Medicines'

4. Click on the 'prescription icon', which opens the prescription in the bottom area and you can search for the medicine required.

5. Once selected, click on Save Order to send the order for confirmation
