WhatsApp is one of people's favorite messaging app. If you use it for your business, it's possible to share your unique link with your customers so they can order with just a few clicks!
WhatsApp for Business Mobile App allows you to send automated greeting and away messages to your customers if they text on your WhatsApp number. You can use this technique to send your store link automatically whenever a customers send a message.
Steps for Android devices:
- Tap More options
> Business tools > Away message. - Turn on Send away message.
- Tap the message to edit it, choose a pre-defined message template from above or write your own message > OK.
- Under Schedule, tap and choose Always send to send the automated message at all times.
- Under Recipients, tap and choose Everyone to send the automated message to anyone who messages you
Steps for iOS devices:
- Go to Settings > Business Tools > Away Message.
- Turn on Send away message.
- Under MESSAGE, tap the message to edit it and then tap Save.
Under Schedule, tap and choose Always send to send the automated message at all times.
Under Recipients, tap and choose Everyone to send the automated message to anyone who messages you
Note: Away messages are only sent when your phone has an active Internet connection.
