You can edit the order if:

  1. The MRP of the items is different than your stock
  2. You don't have the stock available or in less quantity
  3. The customer calls you to remove or add some medicine


To edit an order,

  • Go to the Orders tab
  • Click on the order you wish to edit

  • Click on Edit Order


To update the quantity of the item, click on the + or - icons




To update the MRP, click on the text field and enter the new MRP. Note: The discount would be auto calculated based on your store discount




To remove the medicine, make the quantity 0




To add a medicine, click on Add Medicine and choose the medicine by searching in the popup




Once you have made the changes, click on Save Order and the customer would be notified.
