We recommend allowing pharmacies to allow online payment for the customer's convenience. Pharmacies cannot disable both COD and Online Payment options. One of the options would have to be enabled.


If you disable online payment option, you cannot disable COD for the customer to pay

If you have not added your bank account details or have disabled Online Payments, you cannot disable cash on delivery


To enable/disable online payment orders,

Steps:

  1. To change the store timings, open the Easocare for Pharmacy App and click on Account in the bottom navigation.
  2. Click on Store Preferences
  3. Under Payment Preferences, you would see the Online Payment option enabled by default if bank account details are added. To change the settings, click on the green toggle to enable or disable accepting online payments.
  4. After changing the preferences, please click on Save Changes to save the preferences and reflect on your online pharmacy
