No, Easocare stores over 2,00,000 medicines in their database which is available to you instantly on your online store. We regularly update the database with updated prices and medicines and push it to all our partnered stores.
If a medicine is not present in the search results, the customer would be given an option to call the pharmacy and ask for it.
If you (the pharmacy) do not have a specific medicine in stock, you can update that from the mobile app and an order confirmation would be sent to the customer via WhatsApp.
